Halloween has always been my favorite holiday… probably partly for sentimental reasons since it’s the week of my birthday, but I also love what it’s come to represent in our culture. It’s a day when we acknowledge the dark side of life, death and horror, but specifically in a way that doesn’t take it too seriously, even makes light of it. To me, this is the perfect approach to life… Every day should be Halloween! When life gives you ghosts, goblins, and ghouls, have a party and eat lots of sweets!
